SHIPPING ZONE 1 – 2.1 (WITHIN THE EU)

Shipped within 1 – 3 days.

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and customs duties are included in the product price.

SHIPPING ZONE 3 – 6 (OUTSIDE THE EU)

Ships within 3 – 10 days.

All deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacturer/origin and the classification of the goods and are collected as soon as your package has reached your country. Maintain Studios does not withhold any duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict how high your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared through customs. In this case, the customer bears the costs incurred himself. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's policies.

What do I do if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We want all our customers to receive high-quality products. If you do receive a faulty item, we're sorry. Please send an e-mail with a photo and description of the damage to the goods to maintainstudiosofficial@gmail.com. We will take care of your problem as soon as possible.
